These terms apply to your use of getnextplaymindset.com (the "site"), which is run by TheNextPlayMindset ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Who the site is for

The site is for parents, guardians and coaches of young athletes. The sign-up form is for adults only. Some pages, like the printable "For her" pages, are written for young athletes to use with a parent or coach. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and supervise your use of the site. A parent or coach who gives our printables to an athlete accepts these terms for that use.

Coaching, not professional advice

Everything on the site is general coaching material about goals, habits and mindset in sports. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional or legal advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor, therapist or other professional who knows your athlete. If an athlete is injured, or is dealing with anxiety, depression, an eating concern or anything that worries you, talk to a qualified professional. Follow the athlete's doctor or physical therapist when returning from an injury. If an athlete may be in danger of hurting themselves, call or text 988, or call 911.

Results depend on the athlete and on many things outside our control. We don't promise any particular result in sports, school or anywhere else.

Our content and how you can use it

The text, pages, printables, images, logo and design of the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may read the site, and you may print or save the free printables, for your own family or for a team you coach. You may share links to any page. You may not sell our content, publish it elsewhere, remove our name from it, or use it to make a competing product without our written permission.

Products you buy from our Etsy shop, the book on Amazon, and the workbook files in Google Sheets come with their own license and terms from that platform, which apply to those purchases.

Using the site properly

Please don't misuse the site. That includes submitting false or someone else's information in the form, trying to break or overload the site, copying it in bulk with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful.

Other websites

The site links to other services, such as Etsy, Amazon and Google. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

Messages and ideas you send us

If you send us a suggestion or idea, we may use it without owing you anything. Please don't send us anything confidential.

Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). These limits don't apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to anything else the law doesn't let us limit. Some states don't allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Changes apply going forward only. If a change is significant, we'll also email people who signed up before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.

Before filing any claim, please email privacy@getnextplaymindset.com with the details and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
